Note: Formula and foods to be provided by the center to infants shall be planned in writing with the infant's parent(s)/guardian(s) or by the child's physician with the parent(s)/ guardian(s) knowledge and consent.

Meals and snacks provided by the center for infants shall be planned in accordance with child care infant meal patterns of the food and nutrition service USDA.
