VOLUNTARY LICENSURE; NO LICENSE ISSUED FOR CERTAIN EXEMPT FACILITIES

The division will not issue a license to facilities that are exempt under AS 47.35.015(a)(1) -(a)(4), or 7 AAC 50.010(a)(1) -(a)(4).(Eff. 1/1/96, Register 136; am 3/1/98, Register 145)
