EFFECT OF LOCAL ORDINANCES

A license is issued or denied on the basis of the applicant's compliance with the requirements of AS 47.35 and this chapter. The enforcement of local ordinances, such as zoning regulations and local building codes, is the responsibility of local officials.(Eff. 1/1/96, Register 136)
