SELF-MONITORING REPORTS

The annual self-monitoring report required by AS 47.35.043 provides the licensee's assessment of its compliance with the health, safety, staffing, and program requirements of AS 47.35 and this chapter. The report must be submitted on a form provided by the division.(Eff. 1/1/96, Register 136; am 3/1/98, Register 145)
