POSTING THE LICENSE

A. The facility must post the following documents in plain view to those entering the child care facility or agency:

  1. the current child care license,

  2. the facility's most recent licensing, fire department, and health department inspection reports, or a notice as to where the parent or legal guardian of a child or their designee may review the reports at the facility.

B. The facility must post in every room of the child care facility, excluding bedrooms and living areas, the license capacity of the room and the staff-to-child ratio required by regulation to be maintained for the age of children cared for in the room.
