Licensing Standards for DayCare Centers

Reports by Licensees

Each licensee under sections 19a-77 to 19a-80, inclusive, and [19a-81] 19a-82 to 19a-87, inclusive, shall file annually and each temporary licensee shall file semiannually with the commissioner of public health and addiction services a report containing such information concerning its operation, program and finances as may be required by regulations adopted under said sections.
