Appeals

(amended by Public Act 95-360, Sec. 26, eff. 7/13/95)

Any person aggrieved by a decision of the commissioner of public health and addiction services rendered under section [19a-81] 19a-82 to 19a-84 may appeal the decision of the commissioner in accordance with section 4-183, except venue for such appeal shall be in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain. Such appeal shall have precedence in the order of trial as provided in section 52-192.
