Injunction against Illegal Operation

The commissioner may request the attorney general to bring an action in the superior court for the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain to enjoin any person, group of persons, association, organization, corporation, institution, or agency, public or private, from maintaining a child day care center or group day care home without a license or operating a child day care center or group day care home in violation of regulations adopted under sections 19a-77 to 19a-80, inclusive, and [19a-81] 19a-82 to 19a-87, inclusive.
