Hi, I just moved here in Washington from Canada. I don't know the babysitting law here in Washington. I'm babysitting a 4 years old son of my former neighbour here in the apartment complex where I live 6 to 8 hours a day and my 4 years old granddaughter who lives with us. I get paid only by my former neighborl. I don't charge my daughter for babysitting my granddaughter. Do I need to have a license to do this? Do I need to file income tax?
