Holiday Pay to employees

I understand having to pay our daycare center for holidays, snow days, in service days, etc... but shouldn't the employees then have to be paid for these days as well?

Yes they should but I doubt its going to ever happen that way. Have you noticed the high turnover in daycare employees and how they are all usually young women/men just out of school?

yes, they should get paid and I am sure that the parents think they are paying the employees time off.
