Is it normal to sign a waiver of participation for a 4 month old at daycare?

Hmmmmmm-meaning if their is a field trip? I have all ages sign for field trips-or if you mean NOT TO participate? I don't do that-if they sign they go-if they don't sign they stay home-which never happens-I make my field trips for all :-) IF THIS IS what you mean-
