Hi, my name is Andi and I've been running an in-home daycare for about 5 years. I'm not licensed, but run a pretty tight ship....lol
I found this site while doing a search on yahoo. I wish I would have found it years ago. There is a ton of valuable information, and it's nice to have somewhere to just vent....lol I think unless you've ever ran a daycare, you have no idea what we go through on a daily basis.
I began babysitting shortly after my youngest son was diagnosed with autism. I quickly realized finding suitable childcare for him was not going to be easy, so running a daycare was a great option for me, and I really do enjoy it (most days:rolleyes:)
