What Do You Pay Your Substitutes

Hello,

I was wondering what you pay your substitutes? I live in Florida. It's for a family home daycare which I will be getting it registered when I start it. Just trying to get all the info I can.

I pay $40.00 a day or $400.00 a week. I know how hard of a job it is. So i want my help to feel like they are wanted. And i want them to know that i'm not a cheap axx and remember that when i need them again!

It depends how often I needed my sub. If it were a regular thing it would probably be a daily free, but if it is only for a few hours here and there, $10 an hour if she is qualified.
