How does one get rid of a license, once you have one?

I am licensed and am wanting to get rid of it, I am wanting to be able to have more kids of a certain age then the other. does that make sense? Is it possible?

Contact your state's licensing agency and follow their guidelines on ratios and modify your license to; Family, Large-Family, Group, Church, Center etc.
