I have thought about this. I was pregnant but also had a miscarriage last month.
Luckily for me, my doctor has evening appointments one night per week. Most of my appointments could be scheduled then. Other appointments that required US or things like glucose testing, etc. could only be done during the day. I planned to use my DH (who is also my official back up) but I was worried that his boss wouldn't understand and would eventually become annoyed at the arrangement. I could never take my dcks with me because I have 6 kids ages 10 months-4 years and they won't even sit still for a whole story these days.
