Ohio sets rates (each county is different) and even though I charge $150/ infant weekly privately the max Ohio will pay subsidy is $114/ infant and I cannot charge the difference.
They are proposing that the provider rates will be determined based on education. The better educated the better pay. It will only effect subsidy payments.
