When you interview potential clients, tell them you need X amount of money when they say they will take the spot. You can use that money to credit their account for their first week of care or some people have their clients pay for their last two weeks of care up front. That way if they decide not to come back, you have your last two weeks paid for. Either way, people don't like to throw money away and you have a guarantee from these people that they are coming.
