Default Cleaning Nap cots

My regulations say that each child "must have their own rest area that is not shared with another person, unless "bedding (sheets) are changed in between use.

I have the cots that stack inside of each other and the kids use crib sheets on them. Do you think I am ok taking the sheets off every day and then putting them back on the next day? They may be using a different cot but it's the same sheet. Otherwise, with the sheets on, I can't stack them.

These are new so I am trying to figure out a good procedure. I'd love your opinion about what meets my regulations. Thanks!

I use flip sofas and sheets. I use them all week each child has their own sheet, sofa, and blanket. I wash them all on Saturday and use again on Monday-Friday. I think it's fine to wash once a week. They are only on them a total of 15 hrs or less for the whole week.
HTH

My sofas each have dif characters so I know who's is who's. Maybe u can write a little initial on the corner of each sheet and the leg of each cot so u know who's is who's.

How are you storing the sheets when you put away the cots? The regulation is to stop the spread of germs between the kids so as long as you are storing them separately then you should be fine. Same with the blankets and lovies. I have fold up mats and then to keep everything separated I have clear storage boxes with the kids' pictures on them. They put everything in their box and put the lid on and we're ready for the next day.

I wash their stuff once a week unless it needs to be washed sooner.

I have the folded mats but I keep the sheet on and then the kids blankets and pillows go into one of those extra large ziplock bags (Each child has one with their name on it). I have all of it on shelves and the bags I have two mats per shelf and the bags go inbetween the mats. My licensor said as long as the bags are inbetween I'm fine (So the mats aren't touching)
