What 5 or 6 things do you want the children in your program to know when they go off to kindergarten? I need wording ideas....

How to be a good member of society
HOw to cope with their feelings the right way

In my philosophy section, I am trying to communicate what I want the children to learn here vs. teaching them with worksheets & canned art....

Your philosophy is different than your goals. You need a mission statement, then a philosophy, curriculum, and for philosophy:

Our students Are Intellectual
Because we encourage children to explore where their thoughts lead them.
Our students Are Loving
Because they learn you can't say, "You can't play."
Our students Are Happy
Because they find joy in intellectual and social exploration
Our students Are Artistic
Because their individual languages of expression are validated.
Our children Are Safe
Because freedom is given to the mind and guidance is given to behavior.

If parents don't love that, I don't know what to say.

Those are all very important, but here Kindergarteners are also expected to know ABC and even recognize the letters. Count 10 items by pointing (one frog, two frogs, etc.) Rhyming words. Write their name. Things like that.
