I come to this board, or go outside.

I come here, or spend some nap times chatting with another provider friend on FB. I take classes a few nights a week, so that gets me out of the house and gives me time to socialize with others in EC. I also make sure to plan really cool activities for my family to do on weekends, which gives us something to look foward to.

As soon as the daycare kids leave, me and my family go out, even if it is just for a walk to the park. Exercise and new hobbies help too.

Get a soccer ball and name him wilson

But seriously, i call my family or friends and chat when possible or go walk down the shopping center and make chit chat with the people working there, sometimes they look forward to a normal person to talk to as well

If possible, get outside, walk to the park. Just a change of scenery can help. Often times I'll find a parent or another provider to chat with for a few minutes while watching the kids play.
