I have a "welcome" paragraph that says a little about me and then the sections are divided like this: (My state has a list of specific things we must include)

- NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY

- SCHEDULING & ATTENDANCE
- TUITION RATES & PAYMENTS
- ABSENCES
- HOLIDAYS & VACATIONS

- ILLNESSES
- MEDICATIONS & IMMUNIZATIONS
- DAILY ACTIVITES
- MEALS & SNACKS
- REST TIME
- BEHAVIOR/GUIDANCE
- SUPPLIES
- POTTY TRAINING
- WITHDRAWAL/TERMINATION OF SERVICES
- FIELD TRIPS
- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
