Has anyone ever used one of these or is anyone using them now? Someone is selling one for $100 and it would be perfect for my space but it seems a little too...jailish...opinions?

Check with licensing.
My friend's childcare used those before she switched to me, she said it always made her uneasy. I would prefer a pac n play as a parent. You can take them down between use and save just as much space

I had some in Kansas. They didn't have latches on them so I never used the top ones. Honestly I didn't like the bottom ones all that well either. Personally I would skip them. I got mine used, and donated it about six months later I hated it that much.

I agree check with the state... most do not allow double decker cribs for home or center. No way would I use them even if I could

Honestly, they look like cages to me. I get that they save space, but I just don't like the look.
