I know....I did all that too! I scanned, I checked, I logged out and back on, I cleared cookies, restarted, checked usage logs and processes....I even tried to get on using the mobile app and nothing!
So I finally gave up and called.
Yes, very relieved it is them and not me.

Spoke to soon. I have 2 accounts - long story. I can get in on one of them but still can't get in on the other yet.

I also have two accounts! I use one for billing (pay for version) and the food program one for keeping track of my foods.
