Where to Find Insurance
I just opened a drop-in child care center in a gym. Although, I am located in a gym, it is my own business and I operate independently from the gym.
I have had a difficult time finding insurance for my business. I thought I had found a policy, but they said they wouldn't insure me if I accept children with special needs, which I do. And they also said they don't know of anyone who will insure a center that accepts children with special needs. Where are children with special needs supposed to go? Any ideas on how to find insurance? I'm in NJ. Thank you!
