Default Newsletter Wording...

I have welcomed 4 new kids in the last 3 months. I feel like in my newsletter I'm saying the same thing when I welcome someone. I put something like this, "Welcome (with a cute clip art), we would like to welcome ______to the group, he is _____yrs old, we all are excited to have him and look forward to getting to know him." Does anyone have any other "fun" suggestions I can do so I don't sound the same each time, especially since I've had to welcome someone new the last 3 months. I don't want to sound boring. Thanks suggestion would be appreciated

Maybe start off by saying "What a blessing it is to have the opportunity to announce another new face! ____ joined us this week, and we are excited to learn more about him/her. ____ is 3 years old, and will be with us on Mon, Wed, Fri" or whatever...

I'd just make the fact that there's more than one new face part of the welcome.

I'm quoting myself...HAHA, I just read what you had and I realize that mine was so close to yours, I can see the problem!

I generally announce "new arrivals" with sharing a tid-bit about them, and include the parents' name too (so other parents can greet them by name)..something like...

"On October 1st we'll be welcoming Jake and his parents Bill and Sue to our daycare family! Jake is a wonderfully delightful 20 month old that LOVES to play with cars! I'm sure that all of the children will be as charmed by Jake as I was when his family came for a visit!"
