Default The kids loved my green eggs and ham so much...

that I made the rest of their lunch green! Green applesauce, tator tots, and milk! And these are picky eaters too, so I was pleasantly surprised when they came to the table all excited and ate the green eggs right away!

Little triumphs make me smile.

That great!

I WISH my current group would eat them but they absolutely refuse! That was my fav activity for Dr. Suess week! In fact, Green Eggs and Ham is tomorrow's Dr Suess book and my 4 year olds both said: 'We aren't having those green eggs for lunch are we?'

Little stinkers

I only had three today. Two liked them and one didn't try them but I wasn't surprised by that.

I knew my own DS3 wouldn't eat them because he just doesn't like eggs, but the whole "peer pressure" thing happened with him. He saw how excited his sister and the other dck's were about it, so he tried them too. It was only one bite, but it's success in my book!

I only have one DCB, who is 5 months. So I made green scrambled eggs for two of my own kids for lunch and they loved it, they already love eggs, but my 4 year old thought that was really cool and when my DH stopped home with the mail he was excited to tell daddy that he had green eggs for lunch for Dr Seuss b-day!
