My Prayers Have Been Answered...I Think!
Our first month opened SUCKED, now starting our 3rd month all I can think is "OMG!!!" We went from 4 full time kids and a few part timers here and there this summer to 6 full time, 2 part time, and 4 after school kids.....all within the past 2 days!!!!! Between school starting and a local daycare center closing, we've been getting constant phone calls and parents stopping by. Tomorrow we have 4 families coming by to sign up and if they all do we'll have a total of 16 kids enrolled!!! That's so crazy! I can't believe how fast this is happening! I just hope that we can handle it

I'm just a home. We can have 12 kids at one time, so now I'm trying to balance schedules to make sure we don't have too many kids at once. We had someone else call today and had to tell them that they can come but we are full after school on Mondays! We've never had to tell someone no before!

whoo hoo! Congrats! That's awesome! Are you the one that posted a couple months ago about having actually LOST money during your first month open?
