Looking At Getting An Assistant
I am looking at adding an assitant. Probably not full time right now, but maybe eventually. For those of you that have an assitant 1. what do you pay them. 2. do you have a set schedule with them or is it varied. Any other advice you would like to share would be helpful. Thanks!

We have an assistant and I pay her $10 an hour. She works m-f 8 to 1pm.

Funny, I just posted on this topic earlier. For me, I would have a set schedule to begin with to cover the needed hours and go from there. I'm considering $10-$12/hr, but, it depends on your location.
I posted an ad on craigslist and have one gotten one or two replies so far and nothing promising.
