Forgot To Claim Income....
Hi Tom!
I was recently contacted by a daycare parent who only came a few weeks at the beginging of 2011 because they need mt tax ID for their taxes. I completely forgot about these people and I didn't claim the income from their child. Do I need to amend before April 15 to avoid tax penalties? I have already filed my taxes and received my refund.

You should have reported this money as income. Since you have your refund, go ahead and amend. You have 3 years to amend.
