Sent Out My Vacation Letters Today :)

So I am pretty happy right now. I have had a few rough days, and it was getting the best of me. Well I wrote out my vacation letters yesterday and gave them all out. I will take 5 days for myself and my family come this August !! I can't wait

Husband said my nickname is jellyfish..lol cause I have no backbone, and try to make sure I please everyone and work around everyone schedules. But I finally stepped up and said "Hey these are my days off, 2 month notice so your a responsable for backup care" It felt good..and needless to say...Im pretty happy

Good job! I never feel guilty when I close, for ANY reason... vacation, illness, just want/need a personal day. These parents don't feel guilty when they aren't at work (and still bring their child to daycare ) so why should I? And why should you?

I also have a week off in August... so looking forward to it!! Enjoy!
