Disclosure of Information on the Child

        (a)  Information pertaining to an individual child or    

parents or guardians of the child shall not be disclosed    

to persons other than the facility staff,   

unless the parents or guardians of the child grant written    

permission for the disclosure or an emergency arises.    

        (b)     The parents or guardians shall be informed in    

writing of the facility's policy regarding disclosure of    

information.
