Public Access to the Bureau's Licensing Records

GEN Licensing files maintained by the Bureau E "Bureau of Licensing:public access to records of" are public records and shall be readily accessible for examination by any person, under the direction and supervision of the Bureau, except when public access to records E "public access to records" E "confidentiality" is restricted, in accordance with the State Public Records Law or other applicable statutes.
