Program Equipment for Children's Daily Activities

GEN (a) The center shall provide a supply of age-appropriate and developmentally appropriate program equipmentx "equipment for children's activities" including playx "toys:safety" equipment, child-size furnituree "child-size furniture" and supplies that are:

1. Sufficient to meet the daily activity needs of the children and the program; and

2. Non-toxicx "toxic substances" and safe for use by children in the age groups served.
