Section 10:122-1.4
Hours of Care

GEN (a) Centers operating during the normal waking hoursE "hours of care" shall not care for a child on a regular basis for more than 12 hours within a 24-hour period.

(b) Centers operating during the normal sleeping hours shall not care for a child on a regular basis for more than 16 hours within a 24-hour period.
