Section 10:122-8.2
Admission Criteria

GEN (a) The center shall not admit a sick child below three months of age unless the child has been seen and diagnosed by his or her licensed physicianx "physician:authorization:admission of sick child" and the physician indicates in writing that the child can be admitted.

(b) The center shall require that a parentx "parent:accompanying admission of sick child" or an adult authorized by the parent accompany each child during admission to the center.
