for DayCare Centers
Section 10:122-9.1
Scope
GEN (a) The provisions of this subchapter shall apply to:
- Each center that provides or arranges for the provision of transportation
for children:
- i. To or from their homes or other prearranged sites and the center;
and/or
- ii. In connection with an activity (such as a field tripx "field
trip:transportation") conducted by or through the auspices of the
center; and
- Each person or agency other than the center that provides or arranges
for the provision of transportation for compensation for children to or from
their homes and a center.
(b) Each center, person or agency, as defined in (a) above, also shall comply
with applicable provisions of New Jersey Division of Motorx "Motor Vehicles,
Division of" \t "See Division of Motor Vehicles" Vehicles
(DMVx "Division of Motor Vehicles") law, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:1-1
et seq., and the rules promulgated thereunder, as specified in N.J.A.C. 13.
