Licensing Standards for DayCare Centers

WAC 388-150-093
Civil Penalties -Amount of Penalty

Whenever the department imposes a civil monetary penalty per WAC 388-150-092(3), the department shall impose a penalty of, two hundred and fifty dollars per violation per day. The department may assess and collect the penalty with interest for each day of noncompliance.
