Licensing Standards for DayCare Centers

WAC 388-150-295
Water Supply, Sewage, and Liquid Wastes

(1) The licensee shall obtain approval of a private water supply by the local health authority or department. (2) The licensee shall ensure sewage and liquid wastes are discharged into: (a) A public sewer system; or (b) An independent sewage system approved by the local health authority or department.
