Chicken Nuggets

Made these today & they were really good. Even DS ate 3 and he never eats chicken nuggets!

3 boneless chicken breasts
1 c Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 c parm & romano grated cheese
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
2 eggs mixed with milk
flour

preheat oven to 400
mix all dry ingredients except flour
cut chicken into 1 1/2" pieces
dip into egg mixture
dip into flour
dip into egg mixture once more
coat chicken with breadcrumb mixture

place on nonstick baking sheet & bake 18-20 min until golden & cooked through, flipping half way:)

Awesome! Good for you! I also make my own chicken strips and nuggets and fish sticks and my dckids love them. The Mom of my 4 year old girl who just graduated told me that her daughter tells her she doesn't like prepackaged nuggets or fishsticks because they don't taste good like mine. TWO THUMBS UP TO MY GIRL!
