I understand I can apply my deck in my space % since it's attatched to my house. My husband and I are the only ones who live here. We never go out onto the deck unless we are doing daycare related upkeep. We never go into that part of the backyard unless it's daycare related. The deck has only daycare materials on it. Can we count it as 100% on space? (I hope yes, that would be wonderful!)

Yes, include the square footage of your deck as part of the total square feet of your home. You could only count the deck as an exclusive use room if you never, ever, went on the deck for personal purposes. This may be true for you, but you may have trouble convincing the IRS of this. Take pictures of the deck and if you can argue that it's never used personally, use the 100% exclusive use rule.
