Can You Itemize???

Just curious,
I have been doing daycare for 9 years and every year, we add things up, but never have enough to itemize.
With deducting T/S for house costs, mort, taxes, I never have enough left to the point I ahve enough to itemize.
Anyone else have this issue?
If you are able to itemize, what all do you claim on schedule A? Maybe I am missing something????

NO I never have enough to itemize but then I don't remember being able to itemize before I started doing childcare either So I figure I come out ahead I can take a portion of the interest off my income that I could not deduct if I did not have the business.
