Preschool Curriculum

I'm taking over a preschool and would like to get a good curriculum for it. I'm not sure which would be best and i've never used any of them. I'm looking for one that teaches my treachers how to become better at what they do but also fun for the children...has anyone ever used Creative Curriculum, High Reach or High Scope??? What did you like, not like. Did you need training for it? Was it structured or did you feel like the kids ran the room? Any help would be appreciated.
