We are doing some landscaping to our house. We wanted our house to look marketable. We are planting flower beds, making walk ways, buying hanging baskets ect. ARe these tax deductible?

Yes. Individual items that cost less than $200 can be deducted in one year as "supplies." Items costing more than that should be depreciated as a land improvement 15 years (walkway) or home improvement 39 years (flower beds).
