Has anyone built a new childcare center from ground up? I live in South Dakota and have been planning for a while now. I have looked for a commercial space and cannot for the life of me find a space. So we are also looking into building.
One option I am looking for information about- a building, such as a morton building? Has anyone here ever built one? I am having a hard time getting pricing.
Also, any other recommendations for a new build daycare?
