Depends on what state you are in.

In some states, misdemeanors aren't considered reason to not allow but in other states it is.

LITTLESTARS in the state of Mass in order for you to work with children in a Center or Home based Daycare you are required to pass a background check , and finger printing. some providers and centers wont hire an employee with this type of background .
