Grants New Home Buyer
 

I was just approved to buy a home and although I’m not going to buy right now (not a lot of housing inventory to choose from) I wanted to share some info I have learned.

Each state/city has grants for first time home buyers making less than $38k/yr. In my area, the amount is worth $10k which can be used as a down payment Anywhere in the city.

National home buyers fund grant also assists with 4% down payment or closing assistance.

These grants can be used together! Not all lenders accept these grants.

Has anyone else ever used these? Are there anymore grants that I can use?
