From my point of view taking property for rent, it's a big waste of money. I understood that the money I pay monthly for rent, I could pay for a mortgage.

I mostly agree with but there may be some that may be unsure of whether daycare is something they could do long term like buying property. Lease to buy would be the better choice but renting seems the best “trial” period solution.
