I just made a new one for infants. I posted it under another thread, but I'll attach it here as well. I'm very proud of myself. LOL It is four to a page, but this is a paint document I put it in and I don't know how to make the image larger. If you know how, please share!

I order my infant notes from from funshineexpress. They have fast shipping, and you can order just a pack of them or a whole case depending on your prgram. There called infant grams and there super cute!

That's the one I use too!! I use the one with the :) faces on top!! It's great and the parents love it!!
