Help- Keypad Lock Set

A while ago, someone posted a lock set that different parents had different codes. That unlocked doors at predetermined times only. I NEED IT like yesterday. Please.

Don't know if either of these are helpful but trying to help :)

What happened that you need to buy one? If you don't mind sharing... :o

Friday cps showed up. For a different daycare. Notfar from me. Just walked in.

Today a lady walked in to look around. For the other daycare. I typically leave my doors unlocked when parents arrive and lock after everyone gets here. I was expecting my groomer so had it unlocked. I freaked out.

:eek::eek::eek:

Holy buckets!!! Who does that?!?! Even CPS should know better! :confused: I would be tempted to call and file a complaint as even if they are doing their jobs checking up on whoever, they still can't just walk into someone's home!! :mad::mad:

I definitely don't blame you for wanting the keyless coded entry system then!

How scary! Glad you and everyone are ok :)

Thanks! I was just thinking about getting one, but thought..."do I want all my dc parents having access when I'm not here?" If it can be programmed for specific times, great! I have my door unlocked because I hate getting up while we are in the middle of something (and I like my dc parents to catch us having fun). But, if my licenser shows up, I'd rather open the door for her, not have her barge in.

Nothing to hide, I'd just like that second to take a deep breath first! Oh, and to make sure EVERYONE is checked in! Oh wait, that never happens...someone not being checked in....:rolleyes: :lol:

I am thinking, key pad handle then using the key deadbolt when we leave the house or on weekends.

I think I need to patent a door lock that unlocks by remote...then there would be no need to give parents the code.....dang, just looked it up and there is one already:

But here is a link to a lock that has codes you can only use at certain times. It also has an automatic unlock and lock feature you can use (so it could automatically unlock every day right before the majority of your children are picked up):
