Can I still apply now Feb. 2021 for first draw PPP if I received grants in 2020???

You are eligible for the First Draw PPP even if you received grants from your state in 2020. If you received PPP money in 2020 you are not eligible for the First Draw PPP, but may be eligible for the Second Draw PPP.

I only received grants in 2020, no PPP money.
